Japanese Trailer for Blood: The Last Vampire

“Blood: The Last Vampire”, a live-action adaptation of the Japanese anime of the same name, was supposed to be released in 2008, but seems to have stalled a bit. It’s now getting ready to come out in 2009, and here’s our first look at footage from the movie via a Japanese teaser trailer. It’s very short, but you do get an idea of how the movie will look and feel.

The film stars Jeon Ji-hyeon, making her English-language debut, and co-stars Allison Miller, Masiela Lusha, Colin Salmon, Andrew Pleavin, and Koyuki. Frenchman Chris Nahon (“Kiss of the Dragon”) directs.
