Jose Zambrano Cassella’s The Last Ninja

Ninjas. They seem to be everywhere nowadays. There’s that Rain guy who is the “Ninja Assassin”, Scott Adkins is also doing the ninja thing, and now Jose Zambrano Cassella is getting in on the ninja action with “The Last Ninja”. Way too many ninjas, you say? Nonsense! At least not if you grew up in the ’80s with Sho Kosugi kicking ass as the ninja, then you can never have enough too many ninja movies.

With the discipline of a warrior, the stealth of a viper and the blade of the devil, The Last Ninja is a powerful, action-packed story spanning generations. Ken Harumi is the last descendent of the Samurai, trained from boyhood in the ancient art of Ninjutsu to become one of the most dangerous assassins in Japan. Faced with a choice between good and evil, his actions propel him into a high stakes game with an underground society of mercenaries. Award Winning Director, Jose Zambrano Cassella, has been chosen as the Director of The Last Ninja. His career spans 17 years as Writer, Director and Cinematographer in New York, L.A. and Florida for film, commercials, music videos and television work. His success has earned him distribution with both Warner Brothers and Vivendi/Polychrome Pictures. Writer, Joe Navarro, has delivered an excellent story with strong characters and action that will thrill the audience throughout Ken Harumi’s journey to the surprising conclusion.
