victor is the shit however he did infact die in the second movie which why they brought him back was dumb when there’s still what two other leader’s of death dealer’s. But ok i guess it’s cool cause victor was badass. But if im guessing how its gonna be then this movie is supposed to be the movie before the first two to explain about the lycans so therefore victor would still be living

Holy shit…..ok let me start with….the word is “excellent” not “excerlent”, the word is “death” not “deaf”. The word is “Theatre” or “theater” not Thearte. WOW! It’s called spell check, takes maybe a minute to complete. WOW!

So i just finished watching this movie. I didn’t have much hope for it, but it’s turned out to be a surprisingly good movie.

Needless to say i was a bit surprised when the story started to make sense and the acting was top notch.

Rhona Mitra as Sonja was very well cast. Her likeness to Kate Beckinsale within the context and look of this movie is uncanny and really well thought out.

The end was bookmarked with the beginning scene of the first Underworld with Kate Beckinsale where she’s kneeling on top of the tower in the rain. It was a very nice end to the movie and the narration explained the loose ends as i kept wondering how Selene fits into the storyline having killed off Sonja’s character.

The entire movie i was under the impression that Sonja was Selene. I didn’t figure it out until the very end that they were two very different characters. I watched the first Underworld when it came out and so i didn’t remember the finite details of the storyline, nor Kate Beckinsale’s character name.

Overall, i really liked the movie. I thought it was well done, the special effects were good. Rhona Mitra did an excellent job as Sonja and the storyline had real nice continuity in the prequel context, establishing the details leading up to the war between the two races and ultimately the rise of the Lycans.
