Last-Minute Thor Stuff: Clip and Featurette

Kenneth Branagh’s “Thor” opens today, but then you probably already know that. If you haven’t seen the film yet, I’m assuming you’ll be seeing it either tonight or tomorrow, but if not — well, then you probably have no interest in seeing it. Anyways, here’s a new clip and featurette for the movie just in case you still need to make up your mind either way.

Thor spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the realm of Asgard. At the center of the story is the mighty Thor, a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. Thor is cast down to Earth by his father Odin and is forced to live among humans. A beautiful, young scientist, Jane Foster (Portman), has a profound effect on Thor, as she ultimately becomes his first love. It’s while here on Earth that Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth.

Starring Natalie Portman, Chris Hemsworth, Idris Elba, Kat Dennings, Anthony Hopkins, Stellan Skarsgård, Ray Stevenson, Rene Russo, Tom Hiddleston, Jaimie Alexander, Clark Gregg, Colm Feore, Tadanobu Asano, Adriana Barraza, Joshua Dallas, and Matt Battaglia.

I saw it this morning! Amazing! Absolutely worth the wait and definatlely lived up to the hype! From the story to the effects to the cast (Hemsworth was exceptionally impressive!) On par with or better than both Ironman films and The In credible Hulk. The easter eggs and cameos were great! I’d love to see it in the theaters again. Can’t wait for the DVD and Blu Ray!
