Lemmy, Iggy Pop Reprise Their Roles For Hardware Promos

HardwareIf you haven’t seen Richard Stanley’s 1990 futuristic action flick “Hardware,” then shame on you. Thanks to the fine, upstanding folks at Severin Films, this hyper violent sci-fi thriller is available on Region 1 DVD for the very first time. To help promote this fantastic release, co-stars Lemmy (Taxi Driver) and Iggy Pop (Angry Bob) have reprised their respective roles for a series of kick-ass promotional clips, both of which are genuinely amusing. Even if you haven’t had the pleasure of investigating the film for yourself, they’re still a blast to watch. My advice: Pick up “Hardware,” as well as Stanley’s underrated horror flick “Dust Devil,” as soon as possible. They’re both definitely worth the investment.
