As much as I love Tom Hiddleston as Loki in the Marvel movies, they’ve got to retire him after “Thor: The Dark World”, right? I don’t mean retire as in “kill him off”, I mean retire as in “give him a rest for a while”. After all, he’s been the villain in three Marvel movies now.
But anyways, until that does happen, here’s a new poster featuring Loki. The poster, we’re told, comes from Germany, where the film is called “Thor: The Dark Kingdom”. Oh, those Germans.
Thor battles to save all the Nine Realms from a mysterious enemy older than the universe itself. However, a shadowy race led by Malekith, who is out for revenge, intends to descend the universe into darkness. Confronted by an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot overcome, Thor must reunite with Jane Foster and set out on a dangerous journey that will force him to make the ultimate sacrifice.
Starring Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Stellan Skarsgård, Idris Elba, Christopher Eccleston, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Kat Dennings, Ray Stevenson, Zachary Levi, Tadanobu Asano, Jaimie Alexander, Rene Russo and Anthony Hopkins.
Loki is bad again this November 8, 2013.
