Lost Boys 2: The Tribe DVD Cover

A lot of people were pretty excited about a sequel to “The Lost Boys” (for whatever reason; I thought the original was mildly interesting, but far from great), but after the trailers were released — well, I think a lot of that excitement went out the window. But for those of you still holding onto the notion that this thing could be okay, or at least not suck as much donkey balls as originally suspected, the fine folks over at Bloody Digusting has your first look at the movie’s upcoming Summer 2008 DVD release — cover art below.

Teen vampires into extreme surfing and biking and other stuff teen vampires are into nowadays, invade an oceanside city and target a brother-sister combo. Corey Feldman, or is that Corey Haim — well, one of them — shows up to help out.

P.J. Pesce directs the sequel, starring Corey Feldman, Corey Haim, Autumn Reeser, Angus Sutherland, Tom Savini, Tad Hilgenbrink, and Jamison Newlander.
