Though I’m guessing she won’t be taken again, since that would be kinda, well, redundant, right?
Anyways, Maggie Grace, who played the abducted daughter (not to mention the world’s most unconvincing teenage girl) in the first “Taken”, has officially signed on to return as the daughter of Liam Neeson’s Bryan Mills in “Taken 2”. No word on what kind of a role she’ll have in the sequel, but I gotta believe it’ll be a small role, since I don’t see how having her being taken in yet another movie would make any sense. I mean, they could do that, but it would just be silly, wouldn’t it?
Olivier Megaton, Luc Besson’s latest protege, will direct the sequel from a script by Besson and Robert Mark Kamen. Neeson will return as ex-CIA badass Bryan Mills. Shooting is expected either late this year, or early next year.
