Check out the first trailer (and a poster in case you missed it the first time ’round when it was posted earlier this morning) for “X-Men: First Class” director Matthew Vaughn’s latest, an adaptation of buddy Mark Millar’s comic book “The Secret Service.” Or as it’s now officially called, “Kingsman: The Secret Service.”
The flick stars Colin Firth as a suave Bond-type who recruits a young punk into a super secret organization that saves the world and such. Firth’s Bond-ish character is ironic, considering that the current Bond is incredibly unBond-like these days.
Based upon the acclaimed comic book and directed by Matthew Vaughn (Kick Ass, X-Men First Class), Kingsman: The Secret Service tells the story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius.
Also starring Michael Caine, Taron Egerton, Mark Strong, and Samuel L. Jackson.
Signing up in theaters this October 24th.
