Why is there a black character in this? There wasn’t one in the original… Well, this movie is going to suck. The white guys will be weak, Jason will kill them with ease, but the black guy will almost kick Jason’s ass. And we’ll have to put up with hip hop slang and rap music. Why couldn’t they have put a hispanic character in this instead? Hispanic culture isn’t annoying. It looks like P C liberals have ruined another movie.

i agree 100%, in everything you see anymore there’s a black, asian, mexican and gay character. it’s not realistic and it ends up being really annoying. if you can’t stand the characters it’s kind of hard to enjoy the movie.

Nix, you’re full of shjt. “Racist hollywood”, are you joking. Hollywood is run by liberals, there’s a “rainbow cast” in pretty much every thing that comes out. That is what’s wrong movies these days. In the real world you never see a group of friends that’s “racially balanced”. Most people don’t have friends out side of their race, and no… I’m not trying to be mean (or “racist” as liberals would say). It would be the same if the movie had a group of friends that was made up of teens and 60year olds… it’s just not realistic. There’s a culture difference bewteen people of different races the same way there is with different generations. Realism in the way people act is what holds a movie together, without it the chacters don’t seem real… which makes it really hard to get into the movie. Every since the 90’s the entertainment industry has gone all to hell. Political correctness has turned it to shjt.

Well, if it’s a proper remake of the original, it won’t be Jason doing the killing. He didn’t start slashing teens until Friday the 13th part 2
