First of all, let me just say, publicists lie. All the time. They’re big fat liars who lie because that’s what they’re paid to do. In this case, Megan Fox’s publicist has denied rumors that the very visually pleasing star of the “Transformers” movies has been offered the titular role in Millennium Film’s “Red Sonja”, the studio having unceremoniously cast aside formerly attached starlet Rose McGowan. Or at least, that’s the current rumor going about the Interwebs.
It’s all not true, according to Moviefone, who quotes “a personal publicist” for Fox as saying the rumor is “not true”. See? Told ya that’s what she said.
But like I said: publicists lie. Also, the Interwebs is full of movie rumors that don’t pan out.
So what does all this mean? Well for one, Megan Fox is real purty, and who wouldn’t want to see her in Red Sonja’s less-than-modest wardrobe of choice swinging around a big ol broadsword?
