Michelle Rodriguez Confirms Fast and Furious 4

In case you “Fast and Furious” fans were still wondering (and judging from all the comments in the FF4 threads, it would appear so), the answer is Yes, Michelle Rodriguez will indeed return to the “Fast and Furious” franchise alongside Vin Diesel and Paul Walker. Or, actually, she’ll be back, but she probably won’t have any scenes with those two, considering the plot of the fourth installment. (The reasons why are here, in case you still don’t know. Warning: It contains SPOILERS about the beginning of the fourth installment, including Letty’s fate.)
Here’s what Rodriguez’s official site says about her return to the franchise (via):
Michelle has signed on to reprise her role as “Letty” in the 4th installment of The Fast and the Furious opposite Vin Diesel and Paul Walker. The highly-anticipated sequel hits theaters Summer 2009! And in other big news….

I finally think I got the plot. This is just a guess. What if Letty’s death is a way to get vin diesel, thats the only way he would cross the border to enter the US. Vin hates cops! Paul works for the FBI too! I just know I wanted this story with lots of twists.

Hondakid this is before Tokyo drift…Jesus everyone, THIS IS A PREQUEL to Tokyo Drift, so yes Tyrese may be in it but he hasnt confirmed and the only way for your cameo*(check your spelling) twist to occur is if we have a Fast and The Furious 5!!!!! Han is back, that is correct, because for the last time this isnt Fast and The Furious 4, its 2.5! We will see Han and Letty. But this movie isnt out until 2009, so the plot they have now will change, because its just going to be a remake of the 2nd movie almost, with cops and all that stupid crap. They need to carry on with Brain not as a cop, but a clean slait. They also need to tie in Vin Going to Toyko and they need to bring back almost everyone from the original cast

I personally think all 3 were bad…. but part 2 was the worst. I never thought the import scene could be made to look THAT ugly and ghetto…. 3 was actually the most accurate portrayal of the current import scene than the other 2…. At least it had correct lingo, and used authentic D1 cars (not to mention a cameo from Keichi Tsuchiya). The 1st and 2nd movies had so much incorrect car/tuning bullcrap, an actual import enthusiast would be embarrassed to not have caught it….
If they’re bringing in the cast from the 1st, might as well also bring Han back (I know he’s dead in part 3 but isn’t this a prequel?)… He was IMO the most decent character in the franchise.

Justin Lin was on a limited budget, no returning characters, in Japan where you dont supposed to be filming. Justin lin had many times to stop filming bc of police. But with all these problems and limitations, the movie still came out good. Now he has the money, the support, the characters, vin diesel help producing. This movie is going to be the best in the franchise.

What made f&f3 not appeal to some people was its lack of cars(f&f2) and the story plot. This movie was for real car fans. It was about using your driving skills to drift around hair pin turns. Alot of people couldnt grasp this concept bc these dangerous moves were guaranteed*mispelled* a totalled car(car crash) or lots of money in tires. My feeling towards drifting it is not good for racing but chase scenes when everything is on the line

If this movie is like the 2 one its going to suck!!!! what was wrong with the 2, everything, it did not follow the footsteps of the first one, the movie was not about cars (pink s2000, and a puertorican guy with a car full of stickers and graphics, its never going to happen, at least not here in PR, and finally the bridge seen dont even want to think about it) nor tunning and thats what made the first one so famous, the cars and the similarities of what import street racers do every weekend. On ff4 my opinion is the same just by looking at the lame cars (wtf a mustang????) it looks like its not going to be good the only thing in my mind that could help the movie is the characters and the plot.

For Gal Gadot, Im thinking honda s2000 or mazda rx8. It depends on her character, maybe a gold car to give her a sense of exotic flavor, or some color you dont see alot. Brian car is blue, dominic is red or black, han is exotic jap, then you got these new people from mexico. This is going to be like an organized gang, but with a common goal. Dominic cant do it by himself, and paul walker cant fight, tyrese seems strong, han has good driving skills, the mexicans know the landscape, michelle I dont know, look out person,.

Cadillac is going to release the Concept cien just for his character in this film. Though he rides with a black fleet of the new CTS all Black on Black rims in front and behind him like a quarter back or some thing untouched, all crew. I heard he’s going to be doing a carribean scene with a powerboat race to atlantis from puerto rico to met the rest of the cast for the movie. He’s cool peoples young professional type, talented.
