Heavy duty stuff here, bro. But then again, this is the guy who did “Another Earth,” so if you’re a fan of that type of indie sci-fi/artsy type of filmmaking, I don’t see why you wouldn’t like his latest, “I Origins,” too. It even has Brit Marling in the cast, though it looks like a pretty small role. The only problem I can see with this movie? Steven Yeun of “The Walking Dead” fame is barely in it. I mean, he doesn’t even shoot or stab zombies in the eyes. What a gyp.

Anyways, check out the first trailer for “I Origins” below, including a poster and some images from the movie.

I Origins follows a molecular biologist whose study of the human eye points to evidence with far reaching implications about our scientific and spiritual beliefs.

Starring Michael Pitt, Brit Marling, Astrid Bergés-Frisbey, Steven Yeun, and Archie Panjabi.
