It sounds like Kiefer Sutherland has fixed his breathing problem,meaning his way of talking in movies.It all started in the movie Dark City(1998),where he talked like he had a shortness of breath,quite annoying when you know of this acting "bug".The 24 series had him over do his "new" way of acting,God knows why he think it`s nessesary to talk that way,perhaps he think it makes him sound tough?It made me stop watching 24 half way into the first season.
