Mondo Does Wes Craven’s Nightmare on Elm Street and Scream

Alamo Drafthouse and Mondo have put out two new posters of a particularly horrific bent in honor of iconic director Wes Craven through his most popular titles, “A Nightmare on Elm Street” and “Scream”. The one for “Scream” is particularly gruesome, in a cool sort of way. Both are from artist Alex Pardee, and both will be available for purchase April 14, 2011 for the price of $35 buckaroos apiece.

Craven’s latest “Scream” film, the imaginatively titled “Scream 4″ (for a franchise renown for its “hipness”, I guess continuing to just number the sequels and eschewing “cool” subtitles is, you know, hip, I guess) opens later this Friday.
