More Inviting Images for The Uninvited

“The Uninvited” is a horror movie about an evil stepmother (played by Elizabeth Banks, of all people!) who tries to kill her two step kids played by Arielle Kebbel and Emily Browning. The dad, apparently, is out to lunch somewhere. Or at least, that’s what I gather from the recent new trailer for the movie that have been showing everywhere. The actual story is more complex than that, I believe. That is, if the American remake follows the plot of the South Korean original, called “A Tale of Two Sisters”. The ending is gonna be killer if those pesky Hollywood people decide to keep it, but if they don’t, just pretend I never said anything. Here are more new images from the the movie.

Anna Rydell returns home to her sister (and best friend) Alex after a stint in a mental hospital, though her recovery is jeopardized thanks to her cruel stepmother, aloof father, and the presence of a ghost in their home.
