More Mummy 3: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor Images

The guys over at Worst Previews have landed some more images from Rob Cohen’s upcoming third entry in the “Mummy” franchise. Well, if you don’t count “The Scorpion King”, and I don’t think anyone does, do they? In any case, the new images are pretty spiffy, and shows a very action-packed movie. I still don’t really buy Jet Li as a bad guy, though, mostly because he’s kind of small, and I would imagine that he’d look even smaller standing next to Brendan Fraser. But hey, maybe director Rob Cohen has something up his sleeve that will make us “buy” Li as a badass villain. (He was semi-badass in “Lethal Weapon 4″, but I still didn’t really buy that one, either…)

In the Far East, trouble-seeking father-and-son duo Rick (Brendan Fraser) and Alex O’Connell (Luke Ford) unearth the mummy of the first Emperor of Qin (Jet Li) — a shape-shifting entity who was cursed by a wizard (Michelle Yeoh) centuries ago.
