More No Country for Old Men Bloody Images

The Coen Brothers, Ethan and Joel, have always been hit and miss with me. When they’re on their game, like with “Fargo”, no one does it better. But for every “Fargo” you have to endure movies like “The Ladykillers” and “Intolerable Cruelty”. It’s no surprise that when the Coens go crime, they go big and great, with results like “Miller’s Crossing”, the aforementioned “Fargo”, and “Blood Simple”. Their latest is “No Country for Old Men”, which promises a return to the days of gritty crime and gritty men perpetrating said gritty crimes. Now, a couple of new, bloody images from the movie have arrived for your perusal pleasure.

Violence and mayhem ensue after a hunter stumbles upon some dead bodies, a stash of heroin and more than $2 million in cash near the Rio Grande.

The tagline: There are no clean getaways.

The old men comes home to roost November 21st, 2007.
