More Storm Riders 2 Character Concept Artwork
Asian Movie News, Movie Images, The Storm Warriors (aka The Storm Riders 2, 2009) Movie — By Nix on March 26, 2008
The storm riders are coming — are you ready? Well, ready or not, they’re coming, so get used to it. I’m a fan of the original, which was so outrageous as to be insanely entertaining. (Consider this scene: when one of the main characters loses control of his arm, he decides to pull it loose (yes, the arm!) and uses it to beat his enemies with. I kid you not.) There haven’t been any official stills from the movie yet, mostly because, well, they haven’t shot anything yet, with production set to start sometime next month. Meanwhile, for all you Storm Riders fans out there, character concept artwork from the film have begun showing up online. There were four a few days ago, and now a bunch more. Head on below to see them.
Aaron Kwok and Ekin Cheng, who played Cloud and Wind in the first film 10 years ago, will return for the $12 million dollar sequel, to be directed by the ubiquitous Pang Brothers.
If you can read Chinese, you can read the character names on the posters.

Those aren’t the characters’ names on the posters. I’m pretty sure it reads just the Chinese title, ‘Wind’ ‘Cloud’ in Chinese on all of them.
The drawings are really good. Looks a lot like the actors. I love the marketing pieces that asian studios do when promoting movies. Really good stuff.
Does anyone know were I can get these poster?
