On Wednesday a positive review for “The Invasion” surfaced, which basically surprised the heck out of everyone who had anticipated a disaster. Now here’s your first look at the trailer for the Nicole Kidman sci-fi thriller, about alien spores that takes over human beings and “snatches” their body (this being a remake of “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” and all). It actually looks pretty good. But then again, you can make anything look good in 2 minute spurts. See the trailer below.
A mysterious, mind-altering epidemic has infected mankind, and when a Washington, D.C. psychiatrist discovers that the outbreak seems to be extraterrestrial in origin, she struggles to save her son from infection in this sci-fi thriller starring Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig, and directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel (Das Experiment).
