National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets Poster

I don’t really see any point to making a sequel to the Nicolas Cage movie “National Treasure”, but I guess the first one made a lot of money, or at least, enough to justify a sequel. Cage once again returns as treasure hunter Benjamin Franklin Gates, who this time around looks to discover the truth behind the assassination of Abraham Lincoln by uncovering the mystery within the 18 pages missing from assassin John Wilkes Booth’s diary. If you’ve seen the trailers, this leads him to the White House, Government conspiracies, and all that good stuff that’s so popular nowadays in Hollywood. Doncha know? Never trust the American Government!! But I digress. A poster for the movie has arrived (thumbnail to your left, bigger version below).
Starring Nicolas Cage, Diane Kruger, Ed Harris, Helen Mirren, Justin Bartha, and once again directed by Jon Turteltaub.
