The LATimes currently has a profile on UFC fighter Rampage Jackson, one of the stars of Joe Carnahan’s actioner “The A-Team”, in which the toughest mofo in all the world (at least according to him) declares that acting is “gay”, that he doesn’t like being around soft people, and why you should never, ever call him the “f” word (rhymes with gay) if you want to keep your teeth. And oh yeah, there are also two new images in the article (above and below), which is basically why we’re posting this. Jackson, meanwhile, was back in the Octagon on May 29, where he lost to Rashad Evans. Looks like that Hollywood life done and made you real soft there, Rampage.
Based on the ’80s action-adventure TV show of the same name, the feature film finds Iraq War veterans Col. John ‘Hannibal’ Smith (Liam Neeson), Lt. Templeton ‘Faceman’ Peck (Bradley Cooper), Capt. ‘Howling Mad’ Murdock (Sharlto Copley) and Sgt. Bosco ‘B.A.’ Baracus (Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson) escaping from military custody after being framed for a crime they did not commit. The former soldiers now work as soldiers for fortune, while the Government, led by Faceman’s former lover Lt. Sosa (Jessica Biel) pursues them.
Starring Bradley Cooper, Liam Neeson, Jessica Biel, Sharlto Copley, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson, Omari Hardwick, David Richmond-Peck, Maury Sterling, and directed by Joe Carnahan.
