New Battle: Los Angeles Clip Takes the Battle to the Sewers

New clip from Jonathan Liebesman’s “Battle: Los Angeles”, which finds Aaron Eckhart and his Marine unit (including Michelle Rodriguez) in the sewers stumbling across some alien shenanigans.

For years, there have been documented cases of UFO sightings around the world – Buenos Aires, Seoul, France, Germany, China. But in 2011, what were once just sightings will become a terrifying reality when Earth is attacked by unknown forces. As people everywhere watch the world’s great cities fall, Los Angeles becomes the last stand for mankind in a battle no one expected. It’s up to a Marine staff sergeant (Aaron Eckhart) and his new platoon to draw a line in the sand as they take on an enemy unlike any they’ve ever encountered before.

Starring Michelle Rodriguez, Bridget Moynahan, Aaron Eckhart, Joey King, Michael Peña, Lucas Till, Noel Fisher, Jim Parrack, Taylor Handley, Taryn Southern, Cory Hardrict, Ramon Rodriguez, Ne-Yo and directed by Jonathan Liebesman.

Looking forward to “Battle: Los Angeles”. I did enjoy “Skyline” in the theaters and will buy the blu-ray version when it comes out this month. I will never get tired of the alien invasion subgenre. Thanks to “Monsters”, “District 9″, “The Mist”, “Cloverfield”, “Signs” and “Save The Green Planet” for keeping it fresh. Can’t wait for “Super 8″ and South Korea’s “Sector 7″. “The Day The Earth Stood Still” remake was a dud. “Invasion” was…ok. “War Of The Worlds” (2005) was epic. STILL WAITING FOR “They Live” and “The War Of The Worlds” (1953) to come out on blu-ray!!!
