New Car Pictures From The Fast and Furious 4

You gotta love car guys. Someone who had his car featured in Justin Lin’s upcoming “The Fast and the Furious 4″ snapped these great car shots from the set of the movie. The scene took place outside a nightclub, where apparently a whole lot of custom cars showed were featured. Check out the pictures below and discuss amongst yourselves the awesomeness, or lack thereof, of these cars.

Another CarDomain member whose ride was cast in The Fast and The Furious 4 took part in filming over the weekend and, at great personal risk, snapped these awesome stealth pics. They were filming a nightclub scene, and these were some of the rides lined up in the parking lot. Our contact also managed to shoot a couple of brief cell-phone videos showing some serious donut-spinning—I wonder if that’ll make it into the movie. Thanks, man!

why… no… theres just…why are they doing this, why are they using show cars with questionable taste… I thought when it came to show cars we were past the “vertical” doors that don’t even go past 90 degrees. If this goes through I hope rice comes back in full force so I have someone to race in my Starion with the chance of winning.

They are going to try to appeal to everyone, jdm crowd, showroom crowd, etc. The rules have changed since Vin burnt rubber in the 1st f&f, so I guess they decided to throw everything in the mix. Maybe like the video games!

I think Im starting to get the storyline here, Letty probably going to die right? Why? Because Letty was holding on to drugs or money when she was doing her runs to the Mexican border. I think the story is going to show flashbacks of Letty, and Paul, and her crew without Vin. Watch!

WOW. So now along with the rice, we get Euro Low-Riders, and wannabe gangstas GHOST RIDING THE WHIP with their stock looking BMW 3 series with nasty army paint scheme! I see alot of furious, but where’s the “Fast”??? Where are all the fast cars? So far, the only fast cars I saw were the 2008 STi, the R35 GTR, the blue R34, and some mustangs/chargers…. Any others?

I agree. I’m looking for the Supra and Skylines, RX7s, and all the good cars. I think they need to throw another badass Eclipse in there. The one from the first movie was weak.

This club scene is going back in time. Did yall notice the primered chevelle ss, its red in LA back at his old house. This scene is before Letty’s death. See all the riced out cars, this was the trend then. Now look at the funeral scene of Letty and you notice that the cars are jdm. The movie is showing flashbacks.

Let me talk about my opinions on the racing scene in Dominican Republic. It has to be real underground. Im talking like vampires only coming out at night but with cars. It has to show only the best of the best cars. Old muscle cars including the plymouth runner off tokyo drift. I want the exhaust note to be dominant in these cars too. I want the cars in Bradga team of shipping drugs to be top of the line, these are cars given to vin and paul. I wanted fitted with gps and all kind of upscale techology. Some people might say that wont appeal but with vin it will bc he’s presence make it realistic.

Okay Hondakid you are right until Bradga…I just cant stand the idea of anthoner drug load that Paul(being a cop) has to find and arrest. They already made this movie once. Why should they do that same exact plot again. Justin needs to think outside the box on this one and forget that lame ass plot, its not what made the first movie what it is today.

I dont know from experience, but I believe them bc them puerto ricans are too fine! But I believe the cast going to be down there around mid May or early June. I’ve seen all three of the movies. I have rarely seen any Subarus in the movie. A little flash in the second movie. The Orange WRX. Now that Brian is going to be driving a Subie Sti, why can’t you pick a better looking car. For instance, the 1992 Subaru SVX LSL? That is a more flashier car than an 2008 Sti. Better yet go with a 1992 Alcyone SVX. All I can say is this car rocks.

Anyone else see the release where the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe will be in the film? Universal went to them and requested to use a red SE with the 2.0L I4 turbo. Wicked news but I wish they had went with the 3.8L V6 that puts down 320 hp!

All the FnF movies suck as real automotive movies, but they did fuel the industry and it wouldn’t be what it is today without it..for better…..or worse. I appreciate their enthusiasm and consideration not to step on too many toes, but people these days believe everything they see and hear in the media. This teaches them absolutely nothing about the reality of it all and everything REAL enthusiasts have been working towards for the past few decades. All im saying is yes these movies aid the passion of young tuners, but unguided passion is nothing unless you have the willingness to learn all you can about your passion. If you have this motivation to do so on your own then i believe you have what it takes to someday be a real enthusiast. Remember all you have seen so far and find out the real answers for yourself. CUZ KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!!!
