Yeah, need I say this? Cartoon Network’s “Black Dynamite: The Animated Series” is most definitely NOT for kids, but in case you were thinking otherwise, this latest new trailer just released by the network will confirm this statement. The show premieres on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim programming block on Sunday, July 15th, 2012, so be there or Black Dynamite is liable to hunt you down and totally mess up yo face, fool.
The show’s been in the works for a while and was originally scheduled to air in mid-2011. But hey, better late than never, right? (If you’ve seen an earlier trailer, it looks like they’ve also taken time to tweak the animation somewhat. Or at least, to me this trailer looks way better than the one from last year.)
Michael Jai White, the star of the “Black Dynamite” movie (and upcoming sequel), returns to voice the titular badass hero, once again out to ruin The Man’s nefarious plans. Of course, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have time to kick other asses and bed the ladies. Black Dynamite likes to bed the ladies, but then you probably already know that. Don’t you?
Also featuring the voices of Liz Benoit, Corey Burton, Tommy Davidson, Byron Minns, Georgette Perna, Clifton Powell, J.B. Smoove, and Kym Whitley.
