The studio has released a new TV spot for “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance”, starring Nicolas Cage, Idris Elba, Violante Placido, Ciarán Hinds, Christopher Lambert, Fergus Riordan, and Johnny Whitworth. Nothing you haven’t seen in the previous trailers, but take a gander anyway, won’t you? What do you have to lose? Anyways, watching Ghost Rider spit out bullets never gets old. At least, not yet.
The comic book sequel finds the titular Ghost Rider back in action several years since making a deal with the Devil. Johnny Blaze (Cage), living in self-imposed isolation, finds himself as the only person who can help save 10-year-old Danny – and ultimately the world – thanks to his unwanted and uncontrollable power – his ability to transform into the hell-on-wheels monster known as The Ghost Rider.
Directed by the “Crank” boys Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, and blasting into theaters February 17, 2012.
