New, Longer, and More Kick Ass Knight and Day International Trailer

So sue me, but the more I see of James Mangold’s “Knight and Day”, the more I really, really think I’m going to like this movie. Then again, I even find the similarly themed (though much less promising) “Killers” to be interesting, if just because, well, the whole premise appeals to me. And probably to a lot of people, which might be why Hollywood keeps recycling the premise over and over again. Fox has released a longer (almost three minute) international trailer for “Knight and Day” that kicks a whole lotta ass. Cruise looks to be pitch-perfect, and although I don’t get how Diaz’s character goes from hapless innocent bystander to riding on a motorcycle and demanding “Mag!”, I can go with it.

An action-comedy centered on a fugitive couple (Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz) on a glamorous and sometimes deadly adventure where nothing and no one – even themselves – are what they seem. Amid shifting alliances and unexpected betrayals, they race across the globe, with their survival ultimately hinging on the battle of truth vs. trust.

Starring Peter Sarsgaard, Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Maggie Grace, Paul Dano, Marc Blucas, Viola Davis, Jordi Mollà, Falk Hentschel, and directed by James Mangold.

Say Hello to that guy June 25, 2010.

I'm with you Nix. This actually looks fun and funny. Haven't seen a good action comedy along these lines since True Lies.
