New Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters Images

Percy Jackson - Sea of Monsters (2013) Movie Poster

Who better to direct the sequel to “Percy Jackson” than a guy name Thor Freudenthal? Seriously, that’s like the perfect name for someone directing a movie about Gods and monsters. Too bad Marvel didn’t get him to direct the “Thor” sequel. They totally missed out on a great opportunity there, I think.

Anyhoo, for you kids still waiting to see “Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters”, the flick is due later this year, and here are some new images from the upcoming sequel, including what looks like a promo poster featuring the franchise’s two younger stars Logan Lerman and Alexandra Daddario.

Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters continues the young demigod’s epic journey to fulfill his destiny. To save their world, Percy and his friends must find the fabled and powerfully magic Golden Fleece. Embarking on a treacherous odyssey into the uncharted waters of the Sea of Monsters (known to humans as the Bermuda Triangle), they battle terrifying creatures, an army of zombies, and the ultimate Evil.

Starring Logan Lerman, Brandon T. Jackson, Alexandra Daddario, Sean Bean, Nathan Fillion, Stanley Tucci, Jake Abel, Missi Pyle, Daniel Cudmore, Leven Rambin, Anthony Head.

Going for a swim this August 7, 2013.
