I don’t know if you’ve heard, but MTV had their annual MTV Movie Awards tonight, which is their way of giving awards out to, er, movies, or something. I dunno. People vote for this thing, right? I guess it’s kind of like the People’s Choice Awards. You know, the type of awards show that Hollywood types show up for to be “cool,” but no one brags about winning?
Anyways, if you were one of the many who didn’t watch the show (honestly, I don’t even know what channel MTV is on, it’s been that long since I’ve watched them), then you missed some nice TV spots that were shown to the masses. There were also some spots for movies that have been advertised so heavily already, I’m not gonna bother with them.
Here are the three of note: a new one for the Tom Cruise sci-fi actioner “Edge of Tomorrow,” the Dwayne Johnson musclebound adventure “Hercules,” and a new spot for Michael Bay’s “Transformers: Age of Extinction,” which we’re told will kick off an all-new trilogy. Unless, of course, the movie tanks, which, yeah, ain’t gonna happen.
So check out all three TV spots below, check it outers.
