Who watches the Watchmen? Well Empire Magazine is doing a pretty good job of it. They’re covering the movie all over the place in an upcoming issue, and have two variant covers with the characters on them. They were also given four new images from the movie. These are exclusives, apparently, if that giant “Exclusive!” icon stamped on the images are any indication; and of course by exclusives I mean Empire is getting them a day before everyone else. The Watchmen Empire issue hits newsstands soon. That is, if your area carries Empire Magazine. I don’t think I’ve actually seen a single issue of the magazine anywhere near where I live, so good luck there, chiefs.

When an ex-superhero is murdered, a vigilante named Rorshach begins an investigation into the murder, which begins to lead to a much more terrifying conclusion.

Starring Malin Akerman, Carla Gugino, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Billy Crudup, Jackie Earle Haley, Patrick Wilson, Matthew Goode, Stephen McHattie, Niall Matter, and Matt Frewer. Zack Snyder (”Dawn of the Dead”) directs.
