Nicholas Jarecki’s indie financial thriller “Arbitrage” has added two more names to its cast: French supermodel turned actress Laetitia Casta (below) and Nate Parker. The duo join Richard Gere, Susan Sarandon, and Tim Roth in the main cast, with Brit Marling and Aubrey Graham in supporting roles.
“Arbitrage” is the story of a hedge-fund magnate named Robert Miller (Gere) who is forced to lean on an unlikely ally after he “makes a major banking error”, whatever that means. New additions Casta will play art dealer Julie Cote, Miller’s mistress, while Parker will play Jimmy Grant, a former acquaintance of Miller’s who resurfaces.
Shooting on the film has already begun on location this week.
