Industry insiders (you know, the people who get paid to make up this stuff?) are predicting a $45 million or more opening weekend for the latest “Fast and Furious” sequel, officially known as “Fast & Furious”, because calling it “The Fast and Furious 4″ would be just too pretentious. Directed by Justin Lin, who also helm the previous installment, the fourth outing reunites the franchise’s original stars, Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Jordana Brewster, and Michelle Rodriguez. The film opens tomorrow April 4th, and this is your “Fast & Furious” Open Discussion Thread.
Heading back to the streets where it all began, two men rejoin two women to blast muscle, tuner and exotic cars across Los Angeles and floor through the Mexican desert. When a crime brings them back to L.A., fugitive ex-con Dom Toretto reignites his feud with agent Brian O’Connor. But as they are forced to confront a shared enemy, Dom and Brian must give in to an uncertain new trust if they hope to outmaneuver him. And from convoy heists to precision tunnel crawls across international lines, two men will find the best way to get revenge: push the limits of what’s possible behind the wheel.

No idea. My guess is that he wasn’t popular enough and no one was really clamoring for his return. Likewise with the lead from “Tokyo Drift”.
hhhm, somebody asked about tyrese, well i don’t know may be some finance isssues or what’ever. i thought this new f&f was great though it wen’t from an explosive begining to som cinderalla story . she dies and al’over a certain we are supposed to be in sorrow, wich again maks it the core of the movie. the story line was abit off course, but all in all , that was a great movie. we were caught off guard with all the events. i have to say as a critic that f&f tokyo drift was better than this one. It was quite adventurous thati almost thought that i was watching some indiana jones movie. we are out in panama , puerto rico, mexico. great job. for the new generation , te o called “rice eaters”, we love our imports.At the end we get our sti. day maker. thanks. oh yeah if you didn’t get it. haun leaves puerto rico to g to japan, Thats where yo get your tokyo drift. because haun dies back in japan unless their’s some special he is in puerto rico after dying in japan. wait for the european tour. excited? iam .
great movie i been following the franchise since the 1st i gotta i was mad excited to see them all com back
but… i felt it was cut n dry ..i think it focused to much on vin n paul it was nuttn lik the 1st ..im not puttin it down it jus took it in aother direction i think when they do the 5th( they have to!!!) they need to get a differnt director go back to rob cohen n make it the best yet!!!!

ok i thought it was the best in the series, the story was a lot more serious, sucked letty died so quickly but it does ruin the movie. the ending was amazing, i like that u know he gets away because of the ending in the third movie. but ok ive been reading tyrese next movies, and there all saying that he has a cameo appearance in the 4th. i did not see him, unless its after the credits are over, in the first movie if u stayed till the end of the credits there was a 1 min scene of vin driving in mexico with his red chevelle.
the movie is the best i think that the 5th should be more in Tokyo with everyone from the 4th and 3rd that would be a good cast and the whole Han and the dom thing would resolve.
Han dies in the 3rd so…can’t really do anything about that now

LOL!!! go see the actual movie in he theatre and not that bullshit online crap u guys see on the uploads. The movie uploaded on the internet skips alot of parts. when the movie starts it starts witht eh 18 wheeler scene. On the internet it just skips that scene and goes to the whole party scene which happens right after the 18 wheeler scene. If you pay attention u see that the paople at the party are filling their tanks up with gas from the 18 wheeler. Also it skips the scene where Dom and brian are in the apartment and he asks are you here to take me in. I say ur missing like 20 minutes of the movie watching it online.

Fast and Furious 4 looks like it will the fastest and furiousest movie that will come out this year
for all the Letty fans…are you stupid… If she doesnt die, there would be no point to the rest of the movie. The movie also clearly highlights the fact that the “team” you guys like is dead. again…thats the point, which leaves diesel awkardly partnering up with his old bud/rival
it made a lil over $75 million opening weekend …so get ready for the 5th installment coming soon lol!!!!!!!!!!!
