It looks like almost everyone from Joss Whedon’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” and everyone from “Ant-Man” (who is directing this movie again?) were at Comic Con this weekend. After the Marvel panel, the cast went to the signing booths and scrawled their names on whatever weird people in costumes gave them to sign.

Almost all the cast of “Avengers 2″ were accounted for, with the exception of Scarlett Johansson, who is either preggers at home or promoting “Lucy,” her new Luc Besson movie. Also not present is Robert Downey Jr. and writer/director Joss Whedon.

These are the pictures from those two signings. See? Who says you need to be in San Diego to get up close and personal with the stars. The only thing missing from these pics is having to breathe in that smelly guy who has been wearing that Iron Man costume for the last three days while standing in line. Yeah, I think we can all do without that, can’t we?

If you missed them, posters for “Avengers: Age of Ultron” can be found here. An “Ant-Man” poster was also previously released here.

“Avengers: Age of Ultron” booth:

Here’s the “Ant-Man” booth, with stars Paul Rudd and Michael Douglas accounted for, along with the recently announced Corey Stoll, and director Peyton Reed. The “Ant-Man” booth has the distinction of being the Comic Con booth with two bald guys as far as I know, and not a single one of the lovely ladies from the movie.

I was lucky enough to be on hand at SDCC and was in Hall H for the Marvel panels. A few big pieces of news regarding the Ant-Man film are the confirmation of Corey Stoll as the main antagonist David Cross aka Yellowjacket and the addition of Evangeline Lilly as Hope Pym-Van Dyne. Seem to be doing a hodgepodge of supporting characters to come up with their plot.
