Pirates of the Caribbean 4 Possible Plot Details

Ya um that’s uncool knightly and bloom need to be in the fourth movie or it won’t make as much money think about it jack isn’t jack without will and elizabeth. He won’t have anyone to betray.! Seriously I think they should just pay more for knightly and bloom to act and it would be a profitable movie..

I agree.POTC3 leaves you wondering what will happen w/Will&Elizabeth. I,& I’m sure many others,would like to know.I really hope they make POTC4,I know I(& many others)would(will)go see it!

Pirates 4, are you kidding me! That would be so COOOOOOOOOOOL if they made not only a 4th one but even a 5 and 6. Like Star Wars 6 movies, but the Pirates series would be 10 times BETTER, even better then the spider-man series!!!!!!! I do also think that they should come back and be in the 4th movie and the rest of the series. Yes, I’m talking about Will Turner and Elizabeth Turner now that their married i should say. The idea of doing a different story line for movies 4,5 and 6 and doing different effects and stuff is sweeet! It would be nice to have Jack Sparrow and Hecker Barbossa battle out for the Black Pearl and for freedom of Inturnal life such as the Fountain of Youth. But then you got Will and Elizabeth who just might want the same for themselfs and battle out not only Jack But Barbossa to! Or maybe once again those two will help Jack because after all Jack needs a ship and the Flying Dutchman is the only one he can get for now. But then Jack always has his ideas and ways of doing things. Plus the next series could go back in time to see how everyone came about, to see Jack in early years and Barbossa and so forth, to leanr more about everybody even on why Jack and Barbossa fight all the time and what caused them to, are they brothers? or just best friends trying to get the same once of them wants to be the only one that has that life. Who knows but the only thing that sucks is i have to wait to see it =( it would be nice if they came out with the 4th movie in 2009 or 2010. And i wonder who this Pirate is the most fearious of them all, hmmmmmmmm who could the new enemy be i wonder? I know theres more to Jacks story about him there has to be, come on you know? This series is def the best movies series that Walt Disney has ever made, i’m a big fan of him, his theme parks and his movies but my fav are the pirate movies and Johnny Depp you are the MAN! Can’t wait for the series to continue, i understand why their waiting so long to make a new one cause so it is good, i don’t blame them for doing that. I personally think that they should release Pirates 4 as soon as possible. I would like to find out more about jack and his dads relationship. In Pirates 3 he did not seem to happy to see his father. Will should also strike a deal with Callipso and have him bound to the sea, but Elizabeth can come with him if she so chooses. Just my opinion.

I love POTC. I will be the first to admit that without Johnny Depp’s notorious Jack Sparrow the movie would not have lived to see POTC 2. But after three movies of everyone growing to love the bond between Orlando Bloom’s Will Turner and Kiera Knightly’s Elizabeth Swann, the director’s would be hanging Johnny Depp out to dry by creating a fourth movie without the love story. The reason Pirates took the nation by storm was because of the action, witty banter, plot, and romance. It was a great mix of something for everyone. The idea of a fourth movie is truly inspired, but without Orlando and Kiera the movie is doomed. The plot lacks the charm. Johnny Depp plays a great Sparrow, but to put it bluntly, he is a slimeball of a pirate! Which makes him that much more loveable, but the charm of the movie was entrusted to the courageous heart of Will Turner and the hopeful eyes of Elizabeth Swann. The way that Bloom says “Elizabeth” in a way that sends chills up and down the spine of everyone in the audience is what made Pirates a household favorite. When thinking of Pirates I don’t just think of Johnny Depp but of the three that made Pirates a classic!
My idea of the perfect fourth movie would be to follow all characters. After seeing the third movie a rumor went around that stated, “if after ten years at see the one he loves waits for him the curse of being captain is let go. Will could be free.” That was a rumor i hoped was true. If Sparrow found the fountain of youth, got some elixer for will Keira and their son, stabbed his heart, became captain of the Dutchman then everyone could be happy!! That would be a real hoot of a story too! That doesn’t even have to happen. It is just the idea that Will and Elizabeth are together that is important to me and millions of others out there. I need to know that if a fourth comes out they won’t screw up the good name of PIRATES OF THE CARIBEAN! Find a way to get Keira and Orlando on board and supply us with a non-sad, Disney-like, happy ending. Isn’t that what Disney is supposed to do best… happy! The whole seeing her every ten years thing is not happy… got it! Fix it or don’t do another movie… the whole cast or nothing… I love pirates but i refuse to watch someone screw it up without the entire cast!

And don’t do anything on Atlantis, I mean its a ANIMATED movie. That would just ruin everything. And that would be like tieying Atlantis and Pirates together, and they shouldnt be together

Ok I think that if the 4th pirates movie is all about Jack Sparrow that not alot of people will go and see it. One reason is because watching Jack run around all over the world isn’t something that I want to go see. Another reason is that Will and Elizabeth need to be in the film because Jack, Will, and Elizabeth are the movie. Not just Jack!! If Will and Elizabeth are not in the 4th movie I wont go see it. In the 3rd movie we see what Jack is going to do, but with Will and Elizbeth you leave us hanging with them having a son. I mean I want to know what’s going to happen to them next. With Jack you can always tell that he will get into some kind of trouble but not with Will and Elizabeth. I think that you need to write something with all three of them in the movie. Not just one!!

It did say in the DVD that Will and Elizabeth’s story has yet to be told… I took that as a foreshadow that there would be a 4th. I hope so…

i think… that their should be a fourth… i mean like if will is supposed to be the “flying dutchman”, then isnt he only allowed to visit elizabeth only one day over ten years. what would happen if he broke his vow and decided to stay with elizabeth… he would get all weird like the first flying dutchman, right. Even though, what is jack wanted to be flying dutchman and intends on killing will for the prize. so wut, would will and elizabeth have a kid or something who knows… but will and elizabeth should be in the 4th movie or it wouldnt be a fouth movie at all..

I have to disagree with some of the posters above — I would rather the fourth movie NOT have Will & Elizabeth. Their story is over (SPOILER) now that they’re happily married with a kid, plus the very last (post credits) scene of Pirates 3 was so beautiful and touching. It would ruin their story to add any more to it. Just let it end there, please!

What I want to see more of is Jack and Barbossa. I absolutely love their conflicted relationship, and there simply wasn’t enough of it with Will & Liz’s love story consuming all that screen time. Give us a Jack & Barbossa buddy picture, with lots of comedy and maybe a new love interest, but PLEASE no more Will & Elizabeth!

They left it open for a 4th one. But then there was that bit after the credits. And how are you gonna have that much of Elizabeth and Will if Will can only come ashore every 10 years. Unless Will can somehow undo his duty to the ship by somehow getting to the fountain of youth.

They could still have a good movie without Will and Elizabeth BUT Yes I think they should have some kind of romance. I have some ideas if anyone is interested. I know It may be a hard sell though Because we tend to miss “people”. I,m sure that the makers of the Pirates franchise are very capable of giving us new characters to fall in love with if we give them a chance.

i think that there should be a pirates 4. i thought of some possible ideas for it:calipso rescues davy jones from will turners locker, jack tries to kill will and become imortal, jack gets the chest from elithabeth by threatning to kill her son, jack gets chest but needs to get key from will, davy jones joins will to try to kill will.

It will be much better without the distractions of Will and Elizabeth. I mean, yeas theyre a good side-story, but its all about captain jack sparrow! the only thing Im left craving after the 3 potc films is More Jack Sparrow, more one-liners, staggering about and drinking of rum. the whole will and elizabeth thing is just… stuff. is not about a love story with added pirates. is a pirate story which featured a couple. and now doesnt and therefore more pirates and more johnny goddamn sexy beast depp and less people distracting sir goddamn sexy from his general piratey wonderment.

See now they are not sticking to any of the other movies. They are falling away from the story. They need Elizabeth and Will and all the other characters to make it a POTC. They cant just say “Well even though the movie ended there we are going to start off here and not even mention that” *shakes head* I will go see this movie when it comes out but just to see if it is as good as the others. -.- I dont think it will be… Disney is getting to caught up with Jack and the publicity he is bringing in and not focussing on the story line or anything.

I don’t see why Will/Lizie need to be in it. i was getting bored of them anyway. I think they need to focus more on Jack and most certainly find a love interest for him. This would show how sweet and caring he can be=). They should put new characters in place of Bloom and Knightly and make a new team of main pirates. I don’t know about you guys, but i’m looking forward to what they come up with and who they put in it if Kiera and Orlando truly don’t want to do it.

It would be a kinda good movie, but they really need Bloom and Knightly on there, it just wouldn’t be right if they weren’t on there. They are my favorite characters and they really make the movie a whole lot better. Even though Jack is funny you need the whole crew back on. Jack cuz he is funny, Will for his charm, and elizabeth for the sense of romance. They all make the movie come together and it just wouldn’t be right without all of them.
