In Kingdom of Heaven, Ridley Scott cast Eva Green as Princess Sibylla, and now his daughter, Jordan Scott, has cast Eva Green in her feature film debut, Cracks, which is an independent film about a teacher in a 1934 all-girls boarding school named Miss G who inspired a devotional clique. I don’t know how good this film is going to be, but if anything, it definitely proves that Jordan Scott inherited her father’s propensity for beautiful visual flourishes (for a better idea, you can watch the trailer here). Jordan Scott is, appropriately, a photographer, so she must have an eye for imagery. The film is also likely to inspire the dreams of many men in which Eva Green is their teacher. Empire has a poster of the film, which you can see below. Cracks will be released on December 4th, 2009.
