Here’s your first look at the upcoming Texas-set horror movie “The Dead Don’t Scream”. The premise: Just in time for Halloween, the movie follows a group of college students on a road trip to hell when they stumble across a small Texas town with an entire economy based upon stealing cars. Unfortunately for them, cars aren’t the only things getting chopped. For you Texans out there, producers Eric Werner and Richard Perrin will premiere the film on Friday, October 5th in Southlake, Texas, and the film will hit DVD soon after that. Head on below for some stills and a behind-the-scenes video from the film.
The Dead Don’t Scream contains a cast composed entirely of students formally trained at Texas Actor’s Studio in Euless, Texas. A special thanks for their hard work and dedication. Also a very special thanks to the City of Grapevine Fire Department, Halls Grocery Store in Colleyville Texas, North Texas Health Care Laundry, Ken Mandel Productions, and Palmyra Studios.
Produced by Eric Werner and Richard Perrin, Co-Produced by Jerilyn Perrin, Associate Producers Eric Brauss, Clarice Thomas and Chad Thomas, Written and Directed by Richard Perrin.
