Now that I have had my eyes opened, I'm inclined to agree. It's so wrong for the American public to demand watered-down, glitzy, special-effect laden blockbusters instead of a well crafted, albeit simple, masterpiece. Of course, that is the reason that Vegas shows exist. Think how many millions line up to watch Wayne Newton sing someone else's, hell EVERYONE else's, songs. No, the US does not automatically do everything better. Not even movies. Ooh, look at me. This soap box is a little higher than I thought...
