“The Dark Knight”: In pointless comic book movie news, wanna see what Heath Ledger as the Joker, standing around on the set of “The Dark Knight”, looks like? Go here.

“The Incredible Hulk”: In even more pointless comic book movie news, Christina Cabot joins the cast an aide to General Ross (William Hurt), who pursues Ed Norton’s Bruce Banner, aka the Hulk.

Orson Scott Card: The sci-fi writer’s sf novel “Empire” has been optioned by Warner Brothers and Joel Silver’s Silver Productions for possible development into a movie. I wouldn’t hold my breath, considering how long Card’s “Ender’s Game” has been in “development” by Hollywood.

Movie Lists: The AV Club has a list of “10 Directors You Didn’t Know You Hated”. What, Uwe Boll isn’t on the list? Oh wait, we KNOW we hate him. This is a list of directors we DIDN’T know we hated. Gotcha. (via)

“Farscape” TV Series: Farscape is back!!! Well, sort of.

Jean-Claude Van Damme: His latest, “The Smashing Machine”, gets smashed. Say it ain’t so!
