If you bought “The Making of Star Wars (Enhanced Edition)” by J.W Rinzler in eBook form, then you got a nice 3-minute blooper reel with your purchase that featured these goodies.

Nowadays people probably don’t think twice about the dialogue or wacky technobabble of “Star Wars”, but you can imagine how goofy they must have all sounded back in the day. You don’t really get a sense of that in these bloopers, but the rest makes up for it, especially the stormtroopers clip. Plus, did Harrison Ford just crap his pants when that door exploded behind him or what?

In case you missed it, the latest news from the world of “Star Wars” has J.J. Abrams announced as taking over writing duties on the upcoming “Star Wars: Episode 7″ along with Lawrence Kasdan, who wrote “The Empire Strikes Back” way back in the day, along with “Return of the Jedi” and “Raiders of the Lost Ark”.

Note: Don’t turn up your volume. There are no sounds in the first few clips.
