And oh yeah, Gwyneth Paltrow fits in there somewhere, but since no one has ever said (at least not out loud), “Oooh, look, a new Gwyneth Paltrow movie, let’s go see it!”, does it really matter if she’s “loosely” attached or not? Most likely, no, though having Willis and Cooper attached will definitely get some studio tongues wagging, which is apparently the idea behind this latest gadget play by Shyamalan.
THR reports that while he’s putting the finishing touches on his big-budget “The Last Airbender”, M. Night Shyamalan has already started shopping a new script around town, and it comes with Willis (who has starred in two Shyamalan movies, “The Sixth Sense” and “Unbreakable”), Cooper and Paltrow “loosely” attached. The movie is so mysterious and so top secret that Shyamalan is only letting studio bigwigs read it, and has an assistant waiting to snatch it back as soon as they’re done.
So what’s the big idea behind the film? No one knows, which is apparently the point. Hopefully, it’ll look something like this:
