Stallone Breaks My Heart, Writing Rambo 5

This is painful. Sylvester Stallone has told a magazine that he is, in fact, currently writing yet another installment in the Rambo franchise. Heck, he’s already halfway through it, but this time instead of a blood-and-guts war movie, Stallone will be “experimenting” with the character of Rambo. The hell you say? I’m afraid so. So why is he doing another one? The last one ended on such a great note, Rambo coming home. What not, a devilish railroad tycoon wants his farm and its up to Rambo to gut him like a fish? Egads.

In an interview with Metro Magazine, Sly said he’s already begun work on “Rambo 5″.

“I would like to take Rambo to another genre,experiment a little with the character.It would definitely not be another warmovie, cuz I can’t go any further with that than what I’ve already done. What it’s going to be like I’m not going to reveal at this point. But I’m already halfway though writing the manuscript”.

“Manuscript”? Sylvester Stallone uses words like “cuz” and uses “manuscript” in lieu of screenplay? Seriously?
