Street Fighter: Legend of Chun-Li Movie Poster

Written by Nix | October 13th, 2008 | 3 Comments |

It looks like Kristin Kreuk has traded in her adorable puppy brown ones for very blue eyes. Or at least, in this first movie poster for Kreuk’s upcoming “Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li”, in which the former Smallville star will play the titular Chun-Li, a Chinese fighter who goes to Bangkok, Thailand and, you know, fight people and stuff. From all the images we’ve seen of the movie so far, including the cast listing on IMDB.com, it would appear the filmmakers will be putting every character from the games (the old and the new ones) they can squeeze into this thing, including Neal McDonough as M. Bison, Vega, and even Michael Clarke Duncan as Balrog. Balgrog!

Anyways, check out the poster, which according to Kotaku, was made specifically for the Tokyo Game Show in, er, Japan.

The film’s tagline:

Her strength. Her fury. Her vengeance. Will become legend.

Starring Kristin Kreuk, Neal McDonough, Moon Bloodgood, Michael Clarke Duncan, Chris Klein, Robin Shou, Taboo, Brendan Miller, Josie Ho, Krystal Vee, and Pei-pei Cheng. Andrzej Bartkowiak (”Doom”) directs.
