Who will win this year’s box office crown? Marvel’s “The Avengers” or D.C.’s “The Dark Knight Rises”? Better yet, who would win, Vivid’s “The Avengers” porn parody, or their “The Dark Knight Rises” porn parody? From Vivid and Axel Braun, aka “the undisputed parody king”, comes “The Dark Knight XXX: A Porn Parody”, a film that actually features a better Batman costume than the big-budget Warner Bros. one. No, really, take a look at this Batman. It actually looks a bit more like the Tim Burton Batman in terms of costume, though minus Michael Keaton’s chubby cheekbones.
A porn parody featuring a better Batman costume than its mainstream counterpart? A Catwoman who can actually kick ass? Zatanna? John Constantine? Nightwing? Poison Ivy? Batgirl? A Bane who can give Tom Hardy a run for his money, and a Joker who’s creepier than Heath Ledger’s??? Welcome to the Porn Parody event of the summer!
Starring Giovanni Francesco as Batman, Aiden Ashley as Catwoman, Dani Jensen as Poison Ivy, Brendon Miller as The Joker, and Derrick Pierce as Bane.
The movie will be available on July 20, 2012 on vivid.com and on DVD. Which, coincidentally, is also when Christopher Nolan’s “The Dark Knight Rises” opens in theaters. Though I don’t suppose you’ll ever mistake the two. For one, you’ll have to go to, er, certain locales to get this version of Bats, and I don’t suspect you’ll end up there by accident, regardless of what you tell your wife.
