That Planet Full of Damn Dirty Apes? It’s Now Rising

20th Century Fox has apparently done a little tweaking with the title of their “Planet of the Apes” prequel, which was originally called “Caesar” before it was changed to just “Rise of the Apes”. CBM says the new title was made in order to make it more clear to moviegoers that “Rise” is directly connected to previous “Planet of the Apes” movies. And the new title?

“Rise of the Planet of the Apes”.

Eh.

Whatever they end up calling it, “Apes” will star James Franco, Freida Pinto, John Lithgow, Andy Serkis, Brian Cox, and is directed by Rupert Wyatt. An origins story set in present day San Francisco, “Apes” will chronicle the rise of the head ape, Caesar (Serkis), and the eventual overthrow of humankind.

Stupid apes.

Nothing and i do repeat “NOTHING” will ever replace the original “planet of the apes” saga in its original story and craft you can get all the CGI you can get and it to me will still not work. I came from that generation of original stories and the men and women who could put out “masterpieces” such as “APES”. The big problem nowadays with Hollywood is “NOT” enough creative nor talented people and everything is about making a “Buck” with no original ideas. Hollywood stop mimicking off of other creative and talented artists from the past and get some REAL talented artists with original ideas!!!!!!!
