The Amazing Spider-Man Viral Logo

Hey, foreign readers, did you happen to notice a certain familiar looking red wallcrawler logo defacing YOUR prized buildings recently? That would be Sony Pictures’ Spidey emblem promoting their upcoming “The Amazing Spider-Man”. The little bugger has been around the world, showing up on the sides of buildings famous and not so famous.

The viral marketing stunt has hit 13 different countries so far, including Rome, Paris, Madrid, Rio, London, Berlin, Los Angeles, Tokyo, New York, London, Moscow, and Seoul, South Korea. In case you missed it, or didn’t even know it was hitting your hood, here’s a video to show where it’s traveled.

Spidey and his untold story, starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Denis Leary, Martin Sheen, Sally Fields, Julianne Nicholson, Campbell Scott, Rhys Ifan, Irrfan Khan, Annie Parisse, Chris Zylka and directed by Marc Webb, gets told (again) July 3, 2012.
