What’s better than watching The Hulk smashing in high-def Blu-ray in the comforts of your own home? How about watching the Hulk smash in the comforts of your home while Joss Whedon does a full-length commentary track? That’s one of the special features on the upcoming “The Avengers” DVD/Blu-ray release, along with your usual assortment of gag reels and deleted scenes. Check out the cover art and full specs for what is apparently going to be the 4-disc set of “The Avengers” on DVD/Blu-ray. Four discs! Actually, I can see them needing 4 discs for this. After all, how many featurettes have they released ahead of the movie? I bet you could stuff 2 Blu-ray discs with just those behind-the-scenes features alone.

ALready?!? I like all the deleted scenes but I’d love some more making of featturettes (Thye’ve been skimpy on those) and a bonu-view mode with picture in picture like WB’s Maximum Movie mode or something. Tjose are fun.

That all sounds cool and I’m pumped to see the movie again in the comforts of my own living room (I’ve now seen it four times in theaters!!!) but I would have liked a different choice for the cover art. I was underwhelmed by this shot for the poster whenb it was released. Oh well, I’ll still be picking up the Blu-Ray when it comes to stores. Can’t wait for the One Shot!

Meh, cover art is okay, and yeah i’m sure they could’ve done better. Is there definitely a One-shot? And what will it be about I mean the star of the One-shots in my opinion was Phil, though I’d rather still get one. A lill disappointed the One-shot comic tie in wasn’t added as a difgital comic or something.

Juggernaut, you’ve seen this movie 4 times? What a nerd!!!!

Ps: I’ve also seen the movie 4 times and I might go for a 5th this weekend… :@

I agree with you on the cover art. I wanted something new (or better).

LOL! Guilty as charged. I may be seeing it again also. In my opinion a simple metalic blue & white, metalic black and white or vice versa with the Avengers “A” symbol would have been a cooler cover. The pic above would have been cool for the back of the sleeve.
