Check out the International poster for Warner Bros.’ “The Dark Knight”. Damn. It looks so much better than the recently released, domestic Joker-centric poster that it’s not even funny. (No pun intended.) The whole aesthetics of the poster, the silhouetted Batman against the bright lights of Gotham City, is just so well done. Christian Bale is going to be amazing, once again. But I am afraid Heath Ledger won’t stack up to the Jack Nicholson version of the joker. Jack was cast perfectly for the part. And I am glad they are replacing Katie Holmes with Maggie Gyllenhaal. She is so much better.
