Sacha Baron Cohen in The Dictator (2012) Movie Image

I guess Sacha Baron Cohen doesn’t quite understand the whole “teasing your 30-second Super Bowl TV spot with a 10-second teaser trailer” thing that all the other studios are going for, because here’s the full 30-second TV spot for his film “The Dictator” that will be showing during the Super Bowl. It features Sacha Baron Cohen in character mocking you about the game, then jumps headfirst into its “Megan Fox is a cheap prostitute” gag, before ending with “the guy with the gun always wins the race” life lesson that we have all learned at one point or another during our public education. Or was that just me?

Anyways, does the film look funny to you yet? It better be, given the money they’ll be paying to show this during the Pats-Giants game.

Co-starring Anna Faris, John C. Reilly, Ben Kingsley, B.J. Novak, Kevin Corrigan, Megan Fox, J.B. Smoove, and offending May 11, 2012.
