The First Twilight Teaser Trailer

Word from last week had the first teaser trailer for Catherine Hardwicke’s “Twilight” showing up in front of the Wachowski Brothers’ “Speed Racer”, but apparently that’s either erroneous or been scrapped, or neither, because the teaser has since appeared online on Myspace and it looks pretty good. Even as a non-fan of the book (not that I didn’t like them; I just haven’t read them) this thing looks like it could possibly be better than I had anticipated, and what had I anticipated? A cheesy, OC-ish vampire movie, for one. Instead, it looks like they’re approaching this thing from a very mature POV, which is surprising but definitely welcomed. In the film, Kristen Stewart plays a teenager who falls in love with Robert Pattinson, whose character just happens to be a vampire, from a family of vampires. I hate it when that happens.

I read all three books, loved them, wanted more. When I heard about the movie, I wasn’t sure about it, because movies are never the same as books, then I saw the trailer and behind the scenes footage, and got excited all over again. I just read all three books again, to refresh my memory for the fourth book in august. I think I am officialy addicted.
This is going to be a great movie! I’ve watched the trailer like 6 billion times and I’ve read the book twice as many times! I can’t wait!!!!!!

As soon as it comes out, me and all my friends are heading to the nearest movie theater and watching it… more than once… lol. I’m like a twilight series expert since I’ve read it and dissected it, so I have a pretty good idea about what might happen in the next book and I can’t wait for that either. However, this movie is gonna rock, and I think I’m gonna die waiting for it to come out!
