The Flash Has His Hands Full in New Clip from Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox

Of all the ridiculously overpowered D.C. superheroes (and there are a LOT of them), I always thought the Flash had, quite possibly, the worst Rogues Gallery of them all. Batman has Joker, Superman has Doomsday, Metallo, and an assortment of badasses, but what does poor Flash have? A dude who throws boomerangs, a Mister Freeze rip-off, and some fellow armed with mirrors. I’m also sure one of his main bad guys is a gorilla. I mean, wow, can’t anyone get this guy a better group of villains?

Anyways, check out the latest clip from D.C.’s original animated movie “Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox”, based on the comic book story arc that rebooted D.C.’s current comic book line. As the title implies, the movie is Flash-centric and involves time travel. (Yeah, that’s another thing. The Flash is so fast he can travel in time just by running. How the hell is a guy throwing a boomerang going to fight that?)

When time travel allows a past wrong to be righted for Flash and his family, the event’s temporal ripples prove disastrous, creating a fractured, alternate reality where the Justice League never formed, and even Superman is nowhere to be found. Amidst a new world being ravaged by a fierce war between Wonder Woman’s Amazons and Aquaman’s Atlanteans, Flash must team with a grittier, more violent Batman and government agent Cyborg to restore the continuity of Flash’s original timeline.

“Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox” will be available as a digital download on July 19, 2013 and a Blu-ray Combo Pack on July 30, 2013.

saw it too… it leaked 3 days ago… it was very good, the only problem is they couldn`t fit in all the events and side characters that made the story more interesting… but hey, there are like 200 comic books involved in flashpoint… so, they realy couldn`t fit it all in :(
